Shipping, Returns & Order Policy

  1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please ensure all order details are accurate at checkout. Greyscale Car Care is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

  1. Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, Greyscale Car Care is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery exceptions.

  1. Order Issues (Damage, Defect, or Incorrect Item)

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@greyscalecarcare.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

  1. Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used car care products (soaps, cleaners, sprays, dressings, etc.)

  • Chemical products with broken seals (including coatings and treatments)

  • Used microfiber towels or applicators

  • Kits or bundles with any opened components

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items and gift cards

Because many products are liquid-based and sensitive to contamination, opened or used items cannot be restocked or resold.

  1. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund

  1. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
